use firefox to download, and disable the addon for download pro.
probably a virus, try running a virus scan
(if you dont have an anti virus then download AVG FREE).
run Spy-bot( downlaod at their website).

Thats probobly spyware. Dowload a program called SuperAntiSpyware or/and MalwareBytes-AntiMalware and run them. It should find internet download pro and remove it for you. Good luck.
