They're insecure. Calling you a fat b*tch probably makes them feel skinnier or prettier. Just ignore it.
This was one of their nick names in jail. They are trying to be assertive and aggressive. In the same room with you they would act crazy like they think you are about to attack them because they feel insecure. It is them, not you.
