How can I fix Internet Explorer from not working right? says it may be caused by malfunction/malicious ad-on?

I have Norton Anti-Virus and it says there's nothing wrong, yet since yesterday a thing pops up saying that Windows Internet Explorer has to close because of a malfunctioning or malicious ad-on.

I have Internet Explorer 8 (I don't want to change that)

When I click more info here's what comes up:

...of course I don't understand any of that..How can I fix Internet Explorer from not working right? says it may be caused by malfunction/malicious ad-on?
just start it in no plug in mode (start%26gt;all programs%26gt;accessories%26gt;system tools%26gt; Internet Explorer (No add-ons) and then disable the addons once you get it started.

You might want to download firefox or google chrome just incase. How can I fix Internet Explorer from not working right? says it may be caused by malfunction/malicious ad-on?
Internet Explorer 8 is awful. It's riddled with bugs. I know you said you wanted to stick with it, but I'd really suggest just downloading Firefox. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/upg鈥?/a> It runs perfectly for me, and it's set up more like the old Internet Explorer versions (which, personally, I liked much better than the new ones.)

Sorry I couldn't help with your problem, but you might want to rethink sticking with IE.
I would recommend running webroot antispyware. It might not be a virus but spyware, and I dont think norton is very good at picking those up.
