How do you download a MS-DOS driver thing w/o having to use a CD or a floppy(like from the internet for free)?

I have a windows vista comp. (Acer Aspire 5735). I heard about this MS-DOS thing and id like to download it for free without having to get a disk (like downloading it from the internet). Where do i get it from?
