Nokia's App Store is called Ovi Store and can be found at http://store.ovi.com
As for how exactly to install the apps downloaded from the net: install Nokia PC Suite (http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite) then connect the phone via USB cable in PC Suite mode. Once that is done, simply double click the downloaded SIS file and the installation will start. For more, read the manual.
